new l.p from Swedish band jj that i recently got into. being released March 9th on Sincerely Yours, a record label founded by band The Tough Alliance. I downloaded an advance release, which still can be found somewhere i'm sure.
I can't let go of "Let go". it's ambient yet structured. perfect song to look out your window to while snow is pouring down. The vocals are what really grab me - a sweet raspy female voice that sounds like it's been cured in cigarette tar.
"My life" is the opening track. Minimal and good.
"i'm grindin' until i'm tired they say you ain't grindin' until you die"
